How can you relax?
To start with, sufficient sleep, regular exercise and good nutrition are of course very important for your body to relax. Relaxation is actually something personal. What can be relaxing for one person can be energy-consuming for another. Therefore, try out what offers relaxation for you. Below are a few tips that you can try:
- Take a walk in nature. Movement is important for the body to be able to relax. Stress can often accumulate in the body and by walking you can 'move it out'. Nature has a positive influence on relaxation. Fresh air and greenery can help you relax. Let go of the fact that you have to walk a certain distance and preferably do not take your phone with you (or keep it in your pocket during the walk).
- Read a book . Reading is a calming activity and can help you relax. A book with a story works well for this, unlike many self-help books, for example, where your brain is switched on. Also, make sure you have a calming environment to read or read in nature!
- Do a mindfulness exercise. With mindfulness you can calm your thoughts and learn to relax your body. You do this by shifting your focus, for example on your breathing. There are many videos on the internet that can guide you in this.
-

Ashwagandha Complex
Ashwagandha is an herb from India and is a member of the nightshade family. Ashwagandha is also known as Indian ginseng. This plant substance can contribute to the adaptability of organisms in stressful situations. This is done with the help of a series of intra- and extracellular signals that are often scientifically described, but are not yet fully understood.
Ashwagandha contributes to normal resistance to stress, works as a natural sedative and can have an uplifting effect. For the Ashwagandha of Goldea Health, the extract KSM-66 is used and the amino acid L-theanine is added.
This powerful root extract also contributes to an improvement of sleep and falling asleep better. Ashwagandha has a calming effect on your nervous system and can therefore provide more rest and relaxation. This ensures that you can fall asleep better and faster. In addition, it helps with the production of cortisol in your body and ensures that you can produce melatonin better in the evening, this is our sleep hormone.
Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if you are taking it with antidepressants, have a liver condition, a thyroid condition and/or are taking thyroid hormones. Caution is advised when using medication that promotes the production of serotonin (especially antidepressants). Ashwagandha can increase the effect of these medicines. If in doubt, always order subject to a check by a specialized pharmacist and/or doctor. |
