Goldea Health is a Dutch brand with high-quality nutritional supplements from Dutch soil for a fair price. The recipes of our supplements have been created based on the latest scientific insights and in collaboration with natural scientists and pharmacists. We work with high dosages in combination with substances that ensure optimal absorption. All products are suitable for vegans.

What are nutritional supplements?
Dietary supplements are food or drink products that are intended to supplement the normal diet. They form a concentrated source of one or more micronutrients or other substances with a nutritional or physiological effect. Vitamins are the best-known dietary supplements. But there are many more. Think of products with minerals, herbs, fish oil or probiotics. All intended as something extra on top of the daily diet and for maintaining good health.
Why are Goldea nutritional supplements different from other supplements?
Because our nutritional supplements:
- consist of 100% natural ingredients;
- be highly dosed;
- be very well absorbed;
- are offered at a fair price;
- are also suitable for vegans.
What makes these nutritional supplements vegan?
Of course, the ingredients of our food supplements are natural, but we also use a vegetable capsule or softgel. And the latter is especially challenging, because gelatin is often used. We use pectin. Pectin is extracted from the peel of fruits and is therefore, unlike gelatin, not animal. This means that our products are completely vegetable and therefore very suitable for vegans.
Will there be more types of nutritional supplements in the future?
Absolutely, we continue to expand our range.
How are Goldea Health recipes created?
Based on scientific studies and in collaboration with natural scientists and pharmacists. For example, look at our curcumin. Not only do we use the best curcumin, we also add bioperine (black pepper extract). This ensures that your body absorbs the curcumin twenty times better.
Why should I take a nutritional supplement?
There can be several reasons for this. Many people do not manage to get the right amount of nutrients every day. In addition, our soil is exhausted and our food no longer contains the amount of vitamins and minerals that it used to. In certain circumstances, such as during pregnancy, sports, aging or chronic illness, your body needs extra nutrients. In addition, people choose a supplement for its specific effect, such as for a good night's sleep, to support strong bones or for a natural tranquilizer in stressful situations.
How should I store my nutritional supplements?
Store your nutritional supplements in a dry place at room temperature.
Kun je verschillende voedingssupplementen met elkaar combineren?
Op een paar uitzonderingen na, kun je onze voedingssupplementen goed met elkaar combineren en vullen ze elkaar mooi aan. Als uitzondering raden wij af om supplementen waarbij aangegeven staat dat het niet met hersenregulatoren (medicatie) genomen kan worden, samen te nemen. Zoals bijvoorbeeld onze Mood Control, Relax Complex & Natural Sleep Support. Tevens gaat het Relax Complex niet samen met de Energy Boost. De Hormone Balance is ontwikkeld voor de vrouw, de Testo Boost voor de man en gaan derhalve niet samen. Verder is het belangrijk om per supplement naar de contra-indicaties te kijken (veiligheid en medicijngebruik). Een supplement wat juist wel goed met elkaar combineert is de Vitamin D(+K) met Power 5 Magnesium, dit verhoogd de opname van vitamine D. Twijfels? Why don't you work with deferred payment?
Logistically and administratively it is efficient to have the customer pay in advance. Do you find this annoying? Then let us know and perhaps we can arrange something.
When will my order be delivered?
Normally, Goldea has the following rule: ordered before 5 p.m. on workdays, delivered the next day. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee this at the moment due to the busy times at PostNL due to the coronavirus. We expect your order to be delivered within two to five working days (and hopefully faster!). If your package has not arrived after five working days, please send a message to info@goldea-health.com .
Which carrier do you work with?
The order will be shipped and delivered with PostNL.
What happens if the box doesn't fit in my mailbox?
The letterbox shipping box is a flat box that fits through a standard letterbox (26.5cm x 3.2cm). If it turns out that the package does not fit during delivery, the postman will offer it to your neighbors or otherwise to a PostNL collection point nearby.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the amount of your order and are free from 40 euros. This also applies to recurring orders.
How sustainable are your deliveries?
The packaging is made of sustainable cardboard. Delivery is via the letterbox, which increases the chance of successful delivery. This saves time and money, which benefits us all, including the environment.

How do I contact customer service?

I have moved and now I want to change my address. How do I do this?
You can easily change your address in your account. When you log in, you will immediately see your (old) address. You can change it here. Do not forget to save the changes.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on 'forgot password?' when you try to log in to your account. Follow the steps and choose a new password. If we can help you with anything, please contact us.
How long is my cooling-off period?
You have the right to revoke your order within a period of fourteen days. You can then return the order to us, provided the packaging is unopened.
How can I return my order?
If you want to return part or all of your order, you must inform us. This can be done in writing (letter with reason for return with your package) or by email. You can then return the package to our return address:
